There is no "one size fits all" approach to health and this is especially true in menopause and midlife. This transition, sometimes referred to as "second puberty" is a huge adjustment for the body - where hormones are fluctuating wildly, and moods, sleep disturbances and curse words follow closely behind. To the world you look fine, but silently you are dealing with symptoms that steal your energy, sap your joy, make you feel self conscious and keep you from living your big, beautiful life to the fullest.
Using the functional medicine model, we will consider your lifestyle, diet, environment, medication, health history, exercise levels, menstrual cycle and other factors to take a holistic and personalised nutrition and lifestyle approach is to address the root cause of your symptoms. We will identify key personal challenges and work in partnership to develop a plan and toolkit to equip and empower you to feel your very best in midlife and for the rest of your life.
